Well, as we all know there is good stress and bad stress. I NEED the stress I am having at work. It keeps me going, keeps me alert and helps me to get the job done.
Bad stress to me is anything that concerns my family and friends. When things aren't going well for my loved ones I have a huge stress problem. I try to unwind by taking a hot bath, while listening to my fav songs, soaking in my fav scent. It works for me,....
I must say that I am completly drug free. After many years of abusing one or the other tho.

a good day at the gym..a good night at the bar... or good quality sex..those are the things i recommend..even if the sex doesnt get rid of the stress it will cure the headache and lower the blood pressure that go with it...if ya dont have a partner just do it yourself...no shame in doing the obvious...like they say..everyone does it... just nobody talks about it... i like to get into one of my trucks and drive...
if it's REAL stress it will be one with 4 wheel drive and i can go frog diggin or sand throwin...
less stress and i drive to the mountains not far away or to a place where i've been that gave me solace...
